6:36
　みんなを解散させ、めいめいで何か食べる物を買いに、まわりの部落や村々へ行かせてください」。

6:37
　イエスは答えて言われた、「あなたがたの手で食物をやりなさい」。弟子たちは言った、「わたしたちが二百デナリものパンを買ってきて、みんなに食べさせるのですか」。

6:38
　するとイエスは言われた、「パンは幾つあるか。見てきなさい」。彼らは確かめてきて、「五つあります。それに魚が二ひき」と言った。

9:4
　すなわちわたしは、わが神、主に祈り、ざんげして言った、

「ああ、大いなる恐るべき神、主、おのれを愛し、おのれの戒めを守る者のために契約を保ち、いつくしみを施される者よ、

9:5
　われわれは罪を犯し、悪をおこない、よこしまなふるまいをなし、そむいて、あなたの戒めと、おきてを離れました。

9:6
　われわれはまた、あなたのしもべなる預言者たちが、あなたの名をもって、われわれの王たち、君たち、先祖たち、および国のすべての民に告げた言葉に聞き従いませんでした。

9:7
　主よ、正義はあなたのものですが、恥はわれわれに加えられて、今日のような有様です。すなわちユダの人々、エルサレムの住民および全イスラエルの者は、近き者も、遠き者もみな、あなたが追いやられたすべての国々で恥をこうむりました。これは彼らがあなたにそむいて犯した罪によるのです。

9:8
　主よ、恥はわれわれのもの、われわれの王たち、君たちおよび先祖たちのものです。これはわれわれがあなたにむかって罪を犯したからです。

9:9
　あわれみと、ゆるしはわれわれの神、主のものです。これはわれわれが彼にそむいたからです。

9:10
　またわれわれの神、主のみ声に聞き従わず、主がそのしもべ預言者たちによって、われわれの前に賜わった律法を行わなかったからです。

79:8
　われらの先祖たちの不義をみこころにとめられず、あわれみをもって、すみやかにわれらを迎えてください。われらは、はなはだしく低くされたからです。

79:9
　われらの救の神よ、み名の栄光のためにわれらを助け、み名のためにわれらを救い、われらの罪をおゆるしください。

79:11
　捕われ人の嘆きをあなたのみ前にいたらせ、あなたの大いなる力により、死に定められた者を守りながらえさせてください。

79:13
　そうすれば、あなたの民、あなたの牧の羊は、とこしえにあなたに感謝し、世々あなたをほめたたえるでしょう。


◆今日の読書：出エジプト記(14:10-31)

14:10
　パロが近寄った時、イスラエルの人々は目を上げてエジプトびとが彼らのあとに進んできているのを見て、非常に恐れた。そしてイスラエルの人々は主にむかって叫び、

14:11
　かつモーセに言った、「エジプトに墓がないので、荒野で死なせるために、わたしたちを携え出したのですか。なぜわたしたちをエジプトから導き出して、こんなにするのですか。

14:12
　わたしたちがエジプトであなたに告げて、『わたしたちを捨てておいて、エジプトびとに仕えさせてください』と言ったのは、このことではありませんか。荒野で死ぬよりもエジプトびとに仕える方が、わたしたちにはよかったのです」。

14:13
　モーセは民に言った、「あなたがたは恐れてはならない。かたく立って、主がきょう、あなたがたのためになされる救を見なさい。きょう、あなたがたはエジプトびとを見るが、もはや永久に、二度と彼らを見ないであろう。

14:14
　主があなたがたのために戦われるから、あなたがたは黙していなさい」。

14:15
　主はモーセに言われた、「あなたは、なぜわたしにむかって叫ぶのか。イスラエルの人々に語って彼らを進み行かせなさい。

14:16
　あなたはつえを上げ、手を海の上にさし伸べてそれを分け、イスラエルの人々に海の中のかわいた地を行かせなさい。

14:17
　わたしがエジプトびとの心をかたくなにするから、彼らはそのあとを追ってはいるであろう。こうしてわたしはパロとそのすべての軍勢および戦車と騎兵とを打ち破って誉を得よう。

14:18
　わたしがパロとその戦車とその騎兵とを打ち破って誉を得るとき、エジプトびとはわたしが主であることを知るであろう」。

14:19
　このとき、イスラエルの部隊の前に行く神の使は移って彼らのうしろに行った。雲の柱も彼らの前から移って彼らのうしろに立ち、

14:20
　エジプトびとの部隊とイスラエルびとの部隊との間にきたので、そこに雲とやみがあり夜もすがら、かれとこれと近づくことなく、夜がすぎた。

14:21
　モーセが手を海の上にさし伸べたので、主は夜もすがら強い東風をもって海を退かせ、海を陸地とされ、水は分かれた。

14:22
　イスラエルの人々は海の中のかわいた地を行ったが、水は彼らの右と左に、かきとなった。

14:23
　エジプトびとは追ってきて、パロのすべての馬と戦車と騎兵とは、彼らのあとについて海の中にはいった。

14:24
　暁の更に、主は火と雲の柱のうちからエジプトびとの軍勢を見おろして、エジプトびとの軍勢を乱し、

14:25
　その戦車の輪をきしらせて、進むのに重くされたので、エジプトびとは言った、「われわれはイスラエルを離れて逃げよう。主が彼らのためにエジプトびとと戦う」。

14:26
　そのとき主はモーセに言われた、「あなたの手を海の上にさし伸べて、水をエジプトびとと、その戦車と騎兵との上に流れ返らせなさい」。

14:27
　モーセが手を海の上にさし伸べると、夜明けになって海はいつもの流れに返り、エジプトびとはこれにむかって逃げたが、主はエジプトびとを海の中に投げ込まれた。

14:28
　水は流れ返り、イスラエルのあとを追って海にはいった戦車と騎兵およびパロのすべての軍勢をおおい、ひとりも残らなかった。

14:29
　しかし、イスラエルの人々は海の中のかわいた地を行ったが、水は彼らの右と左に、かきとなった。

14:30
　このように、主はこの日イスラエルをエジプトびとの手から救われた。イスラエルはエジプトびとが海べに死んでいるのを見た。

14:31
　イスラエルはまた、主がエジプトびとに行われた大いなるみわざを見た。それで民は主を恐れ、主とそのしもべモーセとを信じた。

4b Oh, Lord, the great and dreadful God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness with those who love him and keep his commandments,

5 we have sinned, and have dealt perversely, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even turning aside from your precepts and from your ordinances;

6 neither have we listened to your servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.

7 Lord, righteousness belongs to you, but to us confusion of face, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to all Israel, who are near, and who are far off, through all the countries where you have driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against you.

8 Lord, to us belongs confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against you.

9 To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgiveness; for we have rebelled against him;

10 neither have we obeyed the voice of Yahweh our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.

and you won’t be judged.

and you won’t be condemned.

38 “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you.‡ For with the same measure you measure it will be measured back to you.”

+ Today's Reading: Exodus 14:10-31

10 When Pharaoh drew near, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and behold, the Egyptians were marching after them; and they were very afraid. The children of Israel cried out to Yahweh.

11 They said to Moses, “Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you treated us this way, to bring us out of Egypt?

12 Isn’t this the word that we spoke to you in Egypt, saying, ‘Leave us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians?’ For it were better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.”

13 Moses said to the people, “Don’t be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of Yahweh, which he will work for you today: for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you shall never see them again.

14 Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still.”

15 Yahweh said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Speak to the children of Israel, that they go forward.

16 Lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go into the midst of the sea on dry ground.

17 I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall go in after them: and I will get myself honor over Pharaoh, and over all his armies, over his chariots, and over his horsemen.

18 The Egyptians shall know that I am Yahweh, when I have gotten myself honor over Pharaoh, over his chariots, and over his horsemen.”

19 The angel of God, who went before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud moved from before them, and stood behind them.

20 It came between the camp of Egypt and the camp of Israel; and there was the cloud and the darkness, yet gave it light by night: and the one didn’t come near the other all the night.

21 Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and Yahweh caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all the night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.

22 The children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand, and on their left.

23 The Egyptians pursued, and went in after them into the midst of the sea: all of Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.

24 It happened in the morning watch, that Yahweh looked out on the Egyptian army through the pillar of fire and of cloud, and confused the Egyptian army.

25 He took off their chariot wheels, and they drove them heavily; so that the Egyptians said, “Let’s flee from the face of Israel, for Yahweh fights for them against the Egyptians!”

26 Yahweh said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the sea, that the waters may come again on the Egyptians, on their chariots, and on their horsemen.”

27 Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to its strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it. Yahweh overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.

28 The waters returned, and covered the chariots and the horsemen, even all Pharaoh’s army that went in after them into the sea. There remained not so much as one of them.

29 But the children of Israel walked on dry land in the midst of the sea, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand, and on their left.

30 Thus Yahweh saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore.

31 Israel saw the great work which Yahweh did to the Egyptians, and the people feared Yahweh; and they believed in Yahweh, and in his servant Moses.
