☆ヨハネによる福音(2:13-22)

2:13
　さて、ユダヤ人の過越の祭が近づいたので、イエスはエルサレムに上られた。

2:14
　そして牛、羊、はとを売る者や両替する者などが宮の庭にすわり込んでいるのをごらんになって、

2:15
　なわでむちを造り、羊も牛もみな宮から追いだし、両替人の金を散らし、その台をひっくりかえし、

2:16
　はとを売る人々には「これらのものを持って、ここから出て行け。わたしの父の家を商売の家とするな」と言われた。

2:17
　弟子たちは、「あなたの家を思う熱心が、わたしを食いつくすであろう」と書いてあることを思い出した。

2:18
　そこで、ユダヤ人はイエスに言った、「こんなことをするからには、どんなしるしをわたしたちに見せてくれますか」。

2:19
　イエスは彼らに答えて言われた、「この神殿をこわしたら、わたしは三日のうちに、それを起すであろう」。

2:20
　そこで、ユダヤ人たちは言った、「この神殿を建てるのには、四十六年もかかっています。それだのに、あなたは三日のうちに、それを建てるのですか」。

2:21
　イエスは自分のからだである神殿のことを言われたのである。

2:22
　それで、イエスが死人の中からよみがえったとき、弟子たちはイエスがこう言われたことを思い出して、聖書とイエスのこの言葉とを信じた。




☆エゼキエル書(47:1-2、8-9、12)

47:1
　そして彼はわたしを宮の戸口に帰らせた。見よ、水の宮の敷居の下から、東の方へ流れていた。宮は東に面し、その水は、下から出て、祭壇の南にある宮の敷居の南の端から、流れ下っていた。

47:2
　彼は北の門の道から、わたしを連れ出し、外をまわって、東に向かう外の門に行かせた。見よ、水は南の方から流れ出ていた。

47:8
　彼はわたしに言った、「この水は東の境に流れて行き、アラバに落ち下り、その水が、よどんだ海にはいると、それは清くなる。

47:9
　おおよそこの川の流れる所では、もろもろの動く生き物が皆生き、また、はなはだ多くの魚がいる。これはその水がはいると、海の水を清くするためである。この川の流れる所では、すべてのものが生きている。

47:12
　川のかたわら、その岸のこなたかなたに、食物となる各種の木が育つ。その葉は枯れず、その実は絶えず、月ごとに新しい実がなる。これはその水が聖所から流れ出るからである。その実は食用に供せられ、その葉は薬となる」。




☆詩篇(46:1-2, 4-5, 7-8)

46:1
　神はわれらの避け所また力である。悩める時のいと近き助けである。

46:2
　このゆえに、たとい地は変り、山は海の真中に移るとも、われらは恐れない。

46:4
　一つの川がある。その流れは神の都を喜ばせ、いと高き者の聖なるすまいを喜ばせる。

46:5
　神がその中におられるので、都はゆるがない。神は朝はやく、これを助けられる。

46:7
　万軍の主はわれらと共におられる、ヤコブの神はわれらの避け所である。

46:8
　来て、主のみわざを見よ、主は驚くべきことを地に行われた。




☆コリント人への第一の手紙(3:9c-11、16-17)

3:9c
　あなたがたは、神の建物である。

3:10
　神から賜わった恵みによって、わたしは熟練した建築師のように、土台をすえた。そして他の人がその上に家を建てるのである。しかし、どういうふうに建てるか、それぞれ気をつけるがよい。

3:11
　なぜなら、すでにすえられている土台以外のものをすえることは、だれにもできない。そして、この土台はイエス・キリストである。

3:16
　あなたがたは神の宮であって、神の御霊が自分のうちに宿っていることを知らないのか。

3:17
　もし人が、神の宮を破壊するなら、神はその人を滅ぼすであろう。なぜなら、神の宮は聖なるものであり、そして、あなたがたはその宮なのだからである。

☆今日の読書：ペテロの第一の手紙(2:1-17)

2:1
　だから、あらゆる悪意、あらゆる偽り、偽善、そねみ、いっさいの悪口を捨てて、

2:2
　今生れたばかりの乳飲み子のように、混じりけのない霊の乳を慕い求めなさい。それによっておい育ち、救に入るようになるためである。

2:3
　あなたがたは、主が恵み深いかたであることを、すでに味わい知ったはずである。

2:4
　主は、人には捨てられたが、神にとっては選ばれた尊い生ける石である。

2:5
　この主のみもとにきて、あなたがたも、それぞれ生ける石となって、霊の家に築き上げられ、聖なる祭司となって、イエス・キリストにより、神によろこばれる霊のいけにえを、ささげなさい。

2:6
　聖書にこう書いてある、「見よ、わたしはシオンに、選ばれた尊い石、隅のかしら石を置く。それにより頼む者は、決して、失望に終ることがない」。

2:7
　この石は、より頼んでいるあなたがたには尊いものであるが、不信仰な人々には「家造りらの捨てた石で、隅のかしら石となったもの」、

2:8
　また「つまずきの石、妨げの岩」である。しかし、彼らがつまずくのは、御言に従わないからであって、彼らは、実は、そうなるように定められていたのである。

2:9
　しかし、あなたがたは、選ばれた種族、祭司の国、聖なる国民、神につける民である。それによって、暗やみから驚くべきみ光に招き入れて下さったかたのみわざを、あなたがたが語り伝えるためである。

2:10
　あなたがたは、以前は神の民でなかったが、いまは神の民であり、以前は、あわれみを受けたことのない者であったが、いまは、あわれみを受けた者となっている。

2:11
　愛する者たちよ。あなたがたに勧める。あなたがたは、この世の旅人であり寄留者であるから、たましいに戦いをいどむ肉の欲を避けなさい。

2:12
　異邦人の中にあって、りっぱな行いをしなさい。そうすれば、彼らは、あなたがたを悪人呼ばわりしていても、あなたがたのりっぱなわざを見て、かえって、おとずれの日に神をあがめるようになろう。

2:13
　あなたがたは、すべて人の立てた制度に、主のゆえに従いなさい。主権者としての王であろうと、

2:14
　あるいは、悪を行う者を罰し善を行う者を賞するために、王からつかわされた長官であろうと、これに従いなさい。

2:15
　善を行うことによって、愚かな人々の無知な発言を封じるのは、神の御旨なのである。

2:16
　自由人にふさわしく行動しなさい。ただし、自由をば悪を行う口実として用いず、神の僕にふさわしく行動しなさい。

2:17
　すべての人をうやまい、兄弟たちを愛し、神をおそれ、王を尊びなさい。

+ First Reading: Ezekiel 47:1-2, 8-9, 12

1 He brought me back to the door of the house; and behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward; (for the forefront of the house was toward the east;) and the waters came down from under, from the right side of the house, on the south of the altar.

2 Then he brought me out by the way of the gate northward, and led me round by the way outside to the outer gate, by the way of the gate that looks toward the east; and behold, there ran out waters on the right side.

8 Then he said to me, These waters flow out toward the eastern region, and will go down into the Arabah; and they will go toward the sea; and flow into the sea which will be made to flow out; and the waters will be healed.

9 It shall happen, that every living creature which swarms, in every place where the rivers come, shall live; and there shall be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters have come there, and the waters of the sea shall be healed, and everything shall live wherever the river comes.

12 By the river on its bank, on this side and on that side, shall grow every tree for food, whose leaf shall not wither, neither shall its fruit fail: it shall produce new fruit every month, because its waters issue out of the sanctuary; and its fruit shall be for food, and its leaf for healing.

God will help her at dawn.

9c You are God’s building.

10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another builds on it. But let each man be careful how he builds on it.

16 Don’t you know that you are a temple of God, and that God’s Spirit lives in you?

17 If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, which you are.

13 The Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

14 He found in the temple those who sold oxen, sheep, and doves, and the changers of money sitting.

15 He made a whip of cords, and threw all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew their tables.

16 To those who sold the doves, he said, “Take these things out of here! Don’t make my Father’s house a marketplace!”

17 His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for your house will eat me up.”☆

18 The Jews therefore answered him, “What sign do you show us, seeing that you do these things?”

19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”

20 The Jews therefore said, “It took forty-six years to build this temple! Will you raise it up in three days?”

21 But he spoke of the temple of his body.

22 When therefore he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he said this, and they believed the Scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

+ Today's Reading: 1 Peter 2:1-17

1 Putting away therefore all wickedness, all deceit, hypocrisies, envies, and all evil speaking,

2 as newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the Word, that with it you may grow,

3 if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious:

4 coming to him, a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God, precious.

5 You also, as living stones, are built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

6 Because it is contained in Scripture,
“Behold,* I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, chosen, and precious:
He who believes in him will not be disappointed.”☆

7 For you who believe therefore is the honor, but for those who are disobedient,
“The stone which the builders rejected,
has become the chief cornerstone,”☆

8 and,
“a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense.”☆
For they stumble at the word, being disobedient, to which also they were appointed.

9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:

10 who in time past were no people, but now are God’s people, who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

11 Beloved, I beg you as foreigners and pilgrims, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

12 having good behavior among the nations, so in that of which they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they see, glorify God in the day of visitation.

13 Therefore subject yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake: whether to the king, as supreme;

14 or to governors, as sent by him for vengeance on evildoers and for praise to those who do well.

15 For this is the will of God, that by well-doing you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:

16 as free, and not using your freedom for a cloak of wickedness, but as bondservants of God.

17 Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.
