マタイによる福音 7:21-29
7:21
わたしにむかって『主よ、主よ』と言う者が、みな天国にはいるのではなく、ただ、天にいますわが父の御旨を行う者だけが、はいるのである。
7:22
その日には、多くの者が、わたしにむかって『主よ、主よ、わたしたちはあなたの名によって預言したではありませんか。また、あなたの名によって悪霊を追い出し、あなたの名によって多くの力あるわざを行ったではありませんか』と言うであろう。
7:23
そのとき、わたしは彼らにはっきり、こう言おう、『あなたがたを全く知らない。不法を働く者どもよ、行ってしまえ』。
7:24
それで、わたしのこれらの言葉を聞いて行うものを、岩の上に自分の家を建てた賢い人に比べることができよう。
7:25
雨が降り、洪水が押し寄せ、風が吹いてその家に打ちつけても、倒れることはない。岩を土台としているからである。
7:26
また、わたしのこれらの言葉を聞いても行わない者を、砂の上に自分の家を建てた愚かな人に比べることができよう。
7:27
雨が降り、洪水が押し寄せ、風が吹いてその家に打ちつけると、倒れてしまう。そしてその倒れ方はひどいのである」。
7:28
イエスがこれらの言を語り終えられると、群衆はその教にひどく驚いた。
7:29
それは律法学者たちのようにではなく、権威ある者のように、教えられたからである。

エホヤキンは王となった時十八歳で、エルサレムで三か月の間、世を治めた。母はエルサレムのエルナタンの娘で、名をネホシタといった。
24:9
エホヤキンはすべてその父がおこなったように主の目の前に悪を行った。
24:10
そのころ、バビロンの王ネブカデネザルの家来たちはエルサレムに攻め上って、町を囲んだ。
24:11
その家来たちが町を囲んでいたとき、バビロンの王ネブカデネザルもまた町に攻めてきた。
24:12
ユダの王エホヤキンはその母、その家来、そのつかさたち、および侍従たちと共に出て、バビロンの王に降服したので、バビロンの王は彼を捕虜とした。これはネブカデネザルの治世の第八年であった。
24:13
彼はまた主の宮のもろもろの宝物および王の家の宝物をことごとく持ち出し、イスラエルの王ソロモンが造って主の神殿に置いたもろもろの金の器を切りこわした。主が言われたとおりである。
24:14
彼はまたエルサレムのすべての市民、およびすべてのつかさとすべての勇士、ならびにすべての木工と鍛冶一万人を捕えて行った。残った者は国の民の貧しい者のみであった。
24:15
さらに彼はエホヤキンをバビロンに捕えて行き、また王の母、王の妻たち、および侍従と国のうちのおもな人々をも、エルサレムからバビロンへ捕えて行った。
24:16
またバビロンの王はすべて勇敢な者七千人、木工と鍛冶一千人ならびに強くて良く戦う者をみな捕えてバビロンへ連れて行った。
24:17
そしてバビロンの王はエホヤキンの父の兄弟マッタニヤを王としてエホヤキンに代え、名をゼデキヤと改めた

9:1
これらの事がなされた後、つかさたちは、わたしのもとに来て言った、「イスラエルの民、祭司およびレビびとは諸国の民と離れないで、カナンびと、ヘテびと、ペリジびと、エブスびと、アンモンびと、モアブびと、エジプトびと、アモリびとなどの憎むべき事を行いました。
9:2
すなわち、彼らの娘たちをみずからめとり、またそのむすこたちにめとったので、聖なる種が諸国の民とまじりました。そしてつかさたる者、長たる者が先だって、このとがを犯しました」。
9:3
わたしはこの事を聞いた時、着物と上着とを裂き、髪の毛とひげを抜き、驚きあきれてすわった。
9:4
イスラエルの神の言葉におののく者は皆、捕囚から帰って来た人々のとがのゆえに、わたしのもとに集まったが、わたしは夕の供え物の時まで、驚きあきれてすわった。
9:5
夕の供え物の時になって、わたしは断食から立ちあがり、着物と上着を裂いたまま、ひざをかがめて、わが神、主にむかって手をさし伸べて、
9:6
言った、
「わが神よ、わたしはあなたにむかって顔を上げるのを恥じて、赤面します。われわれの不義は積って頭よりも高くなり、われわれのとがは重なって天に達したからです。
9:7
われわれの先祖の日から今日まで、われわれは大いなるとがを負い、われわれの不義によって、われわれとわれわれの王たち、および祭司たちは国々の王たちの手にわたされ、つるぎにかけられ、捕え行かれ、かすめられ、恥をこうむりました。今日のとおりです。
9:8
ところがいま、われわれの神、主は、しばし恵みを施して、のがれ残るべき者をわれわれのうちにおき、その聖所のうちに確かなよりどころを与え、こうしてわれわれの神はわれわれの目を明らかにし、われわれをその奴隷のうちにあって、少しく生き返らせられました。
9:9
われわれは奴隷の身でありますが、その奴隷たる時にも神はわれわれを見捨てられず、かえってペルシャ王たちの目の前でいつくしみを施して、われわれを生き返らせ、われわれの神の宮を建てさせ、その破壊をつくろわせ、ユダとエルサレムでわれわれに保護を与えられました。
9:15
ああ、イスラエルの神、主よ、あなたは正しくいらせられます。われわれはのがれて残ること今日のとおりです。われわれは、とがをもってあなたの前にあります。それゆえだれもあなたの前に立つことはできません」。
10:1
エズラが神の宮の前に泣き伏して祈り、かつざんげしていた時、男、女および子供の大いなる群集がイスラエルのうちから彼のもとに集まってきた。民はいたく泣き悲しんだ。
10:2
時にエラムの子孫のうちのエヒエルの子シカニヤが、エズラに告げて言った、「われわれは神にむかって罪を犯し、この地の民から異邦の女をめとりました。しかし、このことについてはイスラエルに、今なお望みがあります。
10:3
それでわれわれはわが主の教と、われわれの神の命令におののく人々の教とに従って、これらの妻ならびにその子供たちを、ことごとく追い出すという契約を、われわれの神に立てましょう。そして律法に従ってこれを行いましょう。
10:4
立ちあがってください、この事はあなたの仕事です。われわれはあなたを助けます。心を強くしてこれを行いなさい」。
10:5
エズラは立って、おもだった祭司、レビびとおよびすべてのイスラエルびとに、この言葉のように行うことを誓わせたので、彼らは誓った。

Gospel Matthew 7:21-29
21 Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
22 Many will tell me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?’
23 Then I will tell them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity.’
24 “Everyone therefore who hears these words of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house on a rock.
25 The rain came down, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it didn’t fall, for it was founded on the rock.
26 Everyone who hears these words of mine, and doesn’t do them will be like a foolish man, who built his house on the sand.
27 The rain came down, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it fell―and great was its fall.”
28 When Jesus had finished saying these things, the multitudes were astonished at his teaching,
29 for he taught them with authority, and not like the scribes.

2 Kings 24:8-17
8 Jehoiachin was eighteen years old when he began to reign, and he reigned in Jerusalem three months. His mother’s name was Nehushta the daughter of Elnathan of Jerusalem.
9 He did that which was evil in the LORD’s sight, according to all that his father had done.
10 At that time the servants of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up to Jerusalem, and the city was besieged.
11 Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came to the city while his servants were besieging it,
12 and Jehoiachin the king of Judah went out to the king of Babylon, he, and his mother, and his servants, and his princes, and his officers; and the king of Babylon captured him in the eighth year of his reign.
13 He carried out from there all the treasures of the LORD’s house, and the treasures of the king’s house, and cut in pieces all the vessels of gold, which Solomon king of Israel had made in the LORD’s temple, as the LORD had said.
14 He carried away all Jerusalem, and all the princes, and all the mighty men of valour, even ten thousand captives, and all the craftsmen and the smiths. No one remained, except the poorest people of the land.
15 He carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon, with the king’s mother, the king’s wives, his officers, and the chief men of the land. He carried them into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon.
16 All the men of might, even seven thousand, and the craftsmen and the smiths one thousand, all of them strong and fit for war, even them the king of Babylon brought captive to Babylon.
17 The king of Babylon made Mattaniah, Jehoiachin’s father’s brother, king in his place, and changed his name to Zedekiah.
