☆今日の聖書物語 *
マタイによる福音 9:35--10:1, 5a, 6-8
イエスは、すべての町々村々を巡り歩いて、諸会堂で教え、御国の福音を宣べ伝え、あらゆる病気、あらゆるわずらいをおいやしになった。
また群衆が飼う者のない羊のように弱り果てて、倒れているのをごらんになって、彼らを深くあわれまれた。
そして弟子たちに言われた、「収穫は多いが、働き人が少ない。
だから、収穫の主に願って、その収穫のために働き人を送り出すようにしてもらいなさい」。
そこで、イエスは十二弟子を呼び寄せて、汚れた霊を追い出し、あらゆる病気、あらゆるわずらいをいやす権威をお授けになった。
イエスはこの十二人をつかわすに当り、彼らに命じて言われた、
むしろ、イスラエルの家の失われた羊のところに行け。
行って、『天国が近づいた』と宣べ伝えよ。
病人をいやし、死人をよみがえらせ、らい病人をきよめ、悪霊を追い出せ。ただで受けたのだから、ただで与えるがよい。

☆今日の『み言葉』
マタイによる福音 9:35--10:1, 5a, 6-8
教会では司祭・修道者の召しだしが少ない事を、よく「刈り入れは多いが働く人が少ない。」という今日の福音のイエス様のお言葉を借りて嘆いたり、懸念したりするのを見たりします。ところで、日本の教会は（日本人の）信徒の数に対して司祭・修道者の数が世界でも多い国とされています。（喜んでいいのか、反省すべきなのか、複雑な思いをしますが・・・）
だから日本ではむしろ「収穫は少ないが働き手は多い」と、今日の福音とはあべこべな事になっていると言われても仕方がないかもしれません。日本は特殊な状態、状況、環境だということでしょうか。日本には、教会のほか、カトリックが運営母体となっている様々な事業体があり、確かにこれらを通して多くの人々が、福音に接したり、キリストの教えに触れているはずなのです。しかし、彼らがなかなか洗礼にまで踏み切れない、たどり着かないでいます。彼らはキリストの教えの素晴らしさも知っていながら、その教えに関心を示すに留まるのは何故でしょう。多くの人は、その教えと生き方の素晴らしさ故に、自分はとてもキリスト教徒になる資格がないと思ってしまう傾向が強いような気がします。正直、私自身福音宣教をしながら、いまいち感動を与えることが出来ないもどかしさをよく感じます。感じてはもらえても、そこから動くこと、動かすことが難しいのです。救いの体験を味わうまでに至らしめられないのです。福音を伝えて、本当の感動を与える事が出来るように励みましょう。そのためには、先ず自分自身が、福音を深く味わい感動することが求められているので\xA4

30:1
主は言われる、
「そむける子らはわざわいだ、
彼らは計りごとを行うけれども、
わたしによってではない。
彼らは同盟を結ぶけれども、
わが霊によってではない、
罪に罪を加えるためだ。
30:2
彼らはわが言葉を求めず、
エジプトへ下っていって、パロの保護にたより、
エジプトの陰に隠れようとする。
30:3
それゆえ、パロの保護は
かえってあなたがたの恥となり、
エジプトの陰に隠れることは
あなたがたのはずかしめとなる。
30:4
たとい、彼の君たちがゾアンにあり、
彼の使者たちがハネスに来ても、
30:5
彼らは皆おのれを益することのできない民により、

愛する者たちよ。この一事を忘れてはならない。主にあっては、一日は千年のようであり、千年は一日のようである。

ある人々がおそいと思っているように、主は約束の実行をおそくしておられるのではない。ただ、ひとりも滅びることがなく、すべての者が悔改めに至ることを望み、あなたがたに対してながく忍耐しておられるのである。
3:10
しかし、主の日は盗人のように襲って来る。その日には、天は大音響をたてて消え去り、天体は焼けてくずれ、地とその上に造り出されたものも、みな焼きつくされるであろう。
3:11
このように、これらはみなくずれ落ちていくものであるから、神の日の到来を熱心に待ち望んでいるあなたがたは、

極力、きよく信心深い行いをしていなければならない。その日には、天は燃えくずれ、天体は焼けうせてしまう。

しかし、わたしたちは、神の約束に従って、義の住む新しい天と新しい地とを待ち望んでいる。

「倒れた、バビロンは倒れた、
その神々の像はことごとく打ち砕かれて
地に伏した」。

ああ、踏みにじられたわが民、わが打ち場の子よ、
イスラエルの神、万軍の主から
わたしが聞いたところのものを
あなたがたに告げる。

ドマについての託宣。
セイルからわたしに呼ばわる者がある、
「夜回りよ、今は夜のなんどきですか、
夜回りよ、今は夜のなんどきですか」。

夜回りは言う、
「朝がきます、夜もまたきます。

Gospel: Matthew 9:35--10:1, 5a, 6-8
9:35 Jesus went about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness amongst the people.
36 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion for them, because they were harassed‡ and scattered, like sheep without a shepherd.
37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the labourers are few.
38 Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out labourers into his harvest.”
10:1 He called to himself his twelve disciples, and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every sickness.
5a Jesus sent these twelve out, and commanded them, saying,
6 Rather, go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
7 As you go, preach, saying, ‘The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!’
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers,† and cast out demons. Freely you received, so freely give.

Isaiah 30:19-21, 23-26
19 For the people will dwell in Zion at Jerusalem. You will weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the voice of your cry. When he hears you, he will answer you.
20 Though the Lord may give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your teachers won’t be hidden any more, but your eyes will see your teachers;
21 and when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way. Walk in it.”
23 He will give the rain for your seed, with which you will sow the ground; and bread of the increase of the ground will be rich and plentiful. In that day, your livestock will feed in large pastures.
24 The oxen likewise and the young donkeys that till the ground will eat savoury feed, which has been winnowed with the shovel and with the fork.
25 There shall be brooks and streams of water on every lofty mountain and on every high hill in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.
26 Moreover the light of the moon will be like the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD binds up the fracture of his people, and heals the wound they were struck with.
