☆今日の聖書物語 *
ヨハネによる福音 21:1-14
そののち、イエスはテベリヤの海べで、ご自身をまた弟子たちにあらわされた。そのあらわされた次第は、こうである。
シモン・ペテロが、デドモと呼ばれているトマス、ガリラヤのカナのナタナエル、ゼベダイの子らや、ほかのふたりの弟子たちと一緒にいた時のことである。
シモン・ペテロは彼らに「わたしは漁に行くのだ」と言うと、彼らは「わたしたちも一緒に行こう」と言った。彼らは出て行って舟に乗った。しかし、その夜はなんの獲物もなかった。
夜が明けたころ、イエスが岸に立っておられた。しかし弟子たちはそれがイエスだとは知らなかった。
イエスは彼らに言われた、「子たちよ、何か食べるものがあるか」。彼らは「ありません」と答えた。
すると、イエスは彼らに言われた、「舟の右の方に網をおろして見なさい。そうすれば、何かとれるだろう」。彼らは網をおろすと、魚が多くとれたので、それを引き上げることができなかった。
イエスの愛しておられた弟子が、ペテロに「あれは主だ」と言った。シモン・ペテロは主であると聞いて、裸になっていたため、上着をまとって海にとびこんだ。
しかし、ほかの弟子たちは舟に乗ったまま、魚のはいっている網を引きながら帰って行った。陸からはあまり遠くない五十間ほどの所にいたからである。
彼らが陸に上って見ると、炭火がおこしてあって、その上に魚がのせてあり、またそこにパンがあった。
イエスは彼らに言われた、「今とった魚を少し持ってきなさい」。
シモン・ペテロが行って、網を陸へ引き上げると、百五十三びきの大きな魚でいっぱいになっていた。そんなに多かったが、網はさけないでいた。
イエスは彼らに言われた、「さあ、朝の食事をしなさい」。弟子たちは、主であることがわかっていたので、だれも「あなたはどなたですか」と進んで尋ねる者がなかった。
イエスはそこにきて、パンをとり彼らに与え、また魚も同じようにされた。
イエスが死人の中からよみがえったのち、弟子たちにあらわれたのは、これで既に三度目である。

☆今日の『み言葉』
ヨハネによる福音 21:1-14
今日のみことばは復活されたイエス様との出会いを伝えています。弟子たちは故郷ガリラヤに帰り、日常の営み、漁に出ます。イエス様との宣教生活のため、腕が鈍ったのか、イエス様なしで仕事をしたためか、その日は収穫なしで漁を終えようとします。そのとき、岸の方から「舟の右側に網を打て」という声を聞き、その通りにすると、大漁の恵みを受けます。そのとき、かつてあった同じような出来事を思い出したヨハネが「主だ！」とペトロに伝えます。ペトロはすぐに服を着て、飛び込み、泳いで岸へ向います。愛する者の感覚は鋭く、識別し、行動します。ヨハネは大漁にイエスを見、ペトロはイエス様に逢うため、すばやく行動します。
さて、岸で待っておられるイエスに目を留めましょう。炭火を起こし、小魚を焼き、パンを準備して、労をねぎらうイエス様がおられます。このやさしさを日々の営みで実践することが、復活の喜びを生きることになると教えてくれます。
イエス様が準備してくださるパン、御聖体をいただく者は、ヨハネのようにイエス様を識別する力を、また、ペトロのようにすばやく行動する力を身につけ、日々かかわる人に優しさを配ることが求められます。

彼らが人々にこのように語っているあいだに、祭司たち、宮守がしら、サドカイ人たちが近寄ってきて、

彼らが人々に教を説き、イエス自身に起った死人の復活を宣伝しているのに気をいら立て、

彼らに手をかけて捕え、はや日が暮れていたので、翌朝まで留置しておいた。
4:4
しかし、彼らの話を聞いた多くの人たちは信じた。そして、その男の数が五千人ほどになった。
4:5
明くる日、役人、長老、律法学者たちが、エルサレムに召集された。
4:6
大祭司アンナスをはじめ、カヤパ、ヨハネ、アレキサンデル、そのほか大祭司の一族もみな集まった。
4:7
そして、そのまん中に使徒たちを立たせて尋問した、「あなたがたは、いったい、なんの権威、また、だれの名によって、このことをしたのか」。

その時、ペテロが聖霊に満たされて言った、「民の役人たち、ならびに長老たちよ、

わたしたちが、きょう、取調べを受けているのは、病人に対してした良いわざについてであり、この人がどうしていやされたかについてであるなら、
4:10
あなたがたご一同も、またイスラエルの人々全体も、知っていてもらいたい。この人が元気になってみんなの前に立っているのは、ひとえに、あなたがたが十字架につけて殺したのを、神が死人の中からよみがえらせたナザレ人イエス・キリストの御名によるのである。
4:11
このイエスこそは『あなたがた家造りらに捨てられたが、隅のかしら石となった石』なのである。
4:12
この人による以外に救はない。わたしたちを救いうる名は、これを別にしては、天下のだれにも与えられていないからである」。

Gospel : John 21:1-14
1 After these things, Jesus revealed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias. He revealed himself this way.
2 Simon Peter, Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples were together.
3 Simon Peter said to them, “I’m going fishing.”
They told him, “We are also coming with you.” They immediately went out, and entered into the boat. That night, they caught nothing.
4 But when day had already come, Jesus stood on the beach, yet the disciples didn’t know that it was Jesus.
5 Jesus therefore said to them, “Children, have you anything to eat?”
They answered him, “No.”
6 He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.”
They cast it therefore, and now they weren’t able to draw it in for the multitude of fish.
7 That disciple therefore whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It’s the Lord!”
So when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he wrapped his coat around him (for he was naked), and threw himself into the sea.
8 But the other disciples came in the little boat (for they were not far from the land, but about two hundred cubits* away), dragging the net full of fish.
9 So when they got out on the land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid on it, and bread.
10 Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish which you have just caught.”
11 Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land, full of great fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and even though there were so many, the net wasn’t torn.
12 Jesus said to them, “Come and eat breakfast.”
None of the disciples dared enquire of him, “Who are you?” knowing that it was the Lord.
13 Then Jesus came and took the bread, gave it to them, and the fish likewise.
14 This is now the third time that Jesus was revealed to his disciples, after he had risen from the dead.
*21:8: 200 cubits is about 100 yards or about 91 metres

1 As they spoke to the people, the priests and the captain of the temple and the Sadducees came to them,
2 being upset because they taught the people and proclaimed in Jesus the resurrection from the dead.
3 They laid hands on them, and put them in custody until the next day, for it was now evening.
4 But many of those who heard the word believed, and the number of the men came to be about five thousand.
5 In the morning, their rulers, elders, and scribes were gathered together in Jerusalem.
6 Annas the high priest was there, with Caiaphas, John, Alexander, and as many as were relatives of the high priest.
7 When they had stood them in the middle of them, they enquired, “By what power, or in what name, have you done this?”
8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “You rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,
9 if we are examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed,
10 be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole.
11 He is ‘the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.’☆
12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given amongst men, by which we must be saved!”
