＜今日の聖書物語 *＞
（マタイによる福音 23:23-26）
偽善な律法学者、パリサイ人たちよ。あなたがたは、わざわいである。はっか、いのんど、クミンなどの薬味の十分の一を宮に納めておりながら、律法の中でもっと重要な、公平とあわれみと忠実とを見のがしている。それもしなければならないが、これも見のがしてはならない。
盲目な案内者たちよ。あなたがたは、ぶよはこしているが、らくだはのみこんでいる。
偽善な律法学者、パリサイ人たちよ。あなたがたは、わざわいである。杯と皿との外側はきよめるが、内側は貪欲と放縦とで満ちている。
盲目なパリサイ人よ。まず、杯の内側をきよめるがよい。そうすれば、外側も清くなるであろう。

＜今日の『み言葉』＞
み言葉について
（マタイによる福音 23:23-26）
不幸に陥らない為にはどうしたら良いのだろうか。
それは、『正義・慈悲・誠実』を蔑ろにしない。そして、「内側をきれいに」するということであろう。
イエスは、第2の掟として「隣人を自分のように愛しなさい」(マタイ22・39)と言うが、まさにこのことに結び付く内容である。
「隣人を自分のように愛する」「他者を大事にする」という言葉の響きは素晴らしいが、いざ実行するとなると非常に難しさを感じる事であろう。
いやむしろ、出来ないという絶望感にさえ苛まれることであろう。
それでも、イエスは、わたしたちに望んでおられるのであって、受け入れない訳にはいかない。
ならば、主の助けによってその招きに一歩一歩近づけるように祈りながら前進したい。
兎でなくて亀でもよい。
確かな道を歩みたい。

さて兄弟たちよ。わたしたちの主イエス・キリストの来臨と、わたしたちがみもとに集められることとについて、あなたがたにお願いすることがある。
2:2
霊により、あるいは言葉により、あるいはわたしたちから出たという手紙によって、主の日はすでにきたとふれまわる者があっても、すぐさま心を動かされたり、あわてたりしてはいけない。
2:3a
だれがどんな事をしても、それにだまされてはならない。
2:14
そのために、わたしたちの福音によりあなたがたを召して、わたしたちの主イエス・キリストの栄光にあずからせて下さるからである。
2:15
そこで、兄弟たちよ。堅く立って、わたしたちの言葉や手紙で教えられた言伝えを、しっかりと守り続けなさい。

どうか、わたしたちの主イエス・キリストご自身と、わたしたちを愛し、恵みをもって永遠の慰めと確かな望みとを賜わるわたしたちの父なる神とが、

23 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint, dill, and cumin, and have left undone the weightier matters of the law: justice, mercy, and faith. But you ought to have done these, and not to have left the other undone.
24 You blind guides, who strain out a gnat, and swallow a camel!
25 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and unrighteousness.
26 You blind Pharisee, first clean the inside of the cup and of the platter, that its outside may become clean also.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-3a, 14-17
1 Now, brothers, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together to him, we ask you
2 not to be quickly shaken in your mind, nor yet be troubled, either by spirit, or by word, or by letter as from us, saying that the day of Christ had come.
3a Let no one deceive you in any way.
14 to which he called you through our Good News, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15 So then, brothers, stand firm, and hold the traditions which you were taught by us, whether by word, or by letter.
