（マルコによる福音 8:1-10）
そのころ、また大ぜいの群衆が集まっていたが、何も食べるものがなかったので、イエスは弟子たちを呼び寄せて言われた、
「この群衆がかわいそうである。もう三日間もわたしと一緒にいるのに、何も食べるものがない。
もし、彼らを空腹のまま家に帰らせるなら、途中で弱り切ってしまうであろう。それに、なかには遠くからきている者もある」。
弟子たちは答えた、「こんな荒野で、どこからパンを手に入れて、これらの人々にじゅうぶん食べさせることができましょうか」。
イエスが弟子たちに、「パンはいくつあるか」と尋ねられると、「七つあります」と答えた。
そこでイエスは群衆に地にすわるように命じられた。そして七つのパンを取り、感謝してこれをさき、人々に配るように弟子たちに渡されると、弟子たちはそれを群衆に配った。
また小さい魚が少しばかりあったので、祝福して、それをも人々に配るようにと言われた。
彼らは食べて満腹した。そして残ったパンくずを集めると、七かごになった。
人々の数はおよそ四千人であった。それからイエスは彼らを解散させ、
すぐ弟子たちと共に舟に乗って、ダルマヌタの地方へ行かれた。

（マルコによる福音 8:1-10）
イエス様は三日間もご自分に付いて来た人々を哀れんで、パンの奇跡を行われたのです。
約4000人の人がいたと言うのですから、パンの数はひとり一個としても4000個以上だったでしょう、またおかずの魚にしても、めざしのようなものでしたでしょうから、2匹づつで8000匹必要でした。
また残りが７かごあったのですから大変な数だったでしょう。
皆が満腹したと言うことは、4000人がそれぞれ自分の好みの味になったパンと魚を好きなだけ戴けたことです。
それにイエス様はきっと水も用意されたことでしょう。碑文谷の教会からJR目黒駅まで約３キロメートルありますが、その間に１０軒程のパン屋やコンビニ、スーパーなどがありますが、そこにあるパンを全部集めても、200人分にもなりません。
食べ物の豊富な国の大都会でさえこの程度ですから、2000年前のイスラエルの、そのまた人里離れた場所で、4000人分のパンと魚を一度に集めることは到底不可能なことでした。
イエス様はただ説教で霊的恵みを与えただけでなく、一人一人のことを考えて必要なものを与えて下さったことがよく解ります。
愛はかたちになって表されなければ本当の愛ではない、との教えを銘記いたしましょう。

主なる神は人に呼びかけて言われた、「あなたはどこにいるのか」。
3:10
彼は答えた、「園の中であなたの歩まれる音を聞き、わたしは裸だったので、恐れて身を隠したのです」。
3:11
神は言われた、「あなたが裸であるのを、だれが知らせたのか。食べるなと、命じておいた木から、あなたは取って食べたのか」。

人は答えた、「わたしと一緒にしてくださったあの女が、木から取ってくれたので、わたしは食べたのです」。

そこで主なる神は女に言われた、「あなたは、なんということをしたのです」。女は答えた、「へびがわたしをだましたのです。それでわたしは食べました」。

「おまえは、この事を、したので、

Gospel : Mark 8:1-10
1 In those days, when there was a very great multitude, and they had nothing to eat, Jesus called his disciples to himself and said to them,
2 “I have compassion on the multitude, because they have stayed with me now three days and have nothing to eat.
3 If I send them away fasting to their home, they will faint on the way, for some of them have come a long way.”
4 His disciples answered him, “From where could one satisfy these people with bread here in a deserted place?”
5 He asked them, “How many loaves do you have?”
They said, “Seven.”
6 He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground, and he took the seven loaves. Having given thanks, he broke them and gave them to his disciples to serve, and they served the multitude.
7 They also had a few small fish. Having blessed them, he said to serve these also.
8 They ate and were filled. They took up seven baskets of broken pieces that were left over.
9 Those who had eaten were about four thousand. Then he sent them away.
10 Immediately he entered into the boat with his disciples and came into the region of Dalmanutha.
11 The Pharisees came out and began to question him, seeking from him a sign from heaven and testing him.
12 He sighed deeply in his spirit and said, “Why does this generation seek a sign? Most certainly I tell you, no sign will be given to this generation.”

10 The man said, “I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; so I hid myself.”
11 God said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?”
12 The man said, “The woman whom you gave to be with me, she gave me fruit from the tree, and I ate it.”
13 Yahweh God said to the woman, “What have you done?”
The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
14 Yahweh God said to the serpent,
“Because you have done this,
you are cursed above all livestock,
and above every animal of the field.
You shall go on your belly
and you shall eat dust all the days of your life.
15 I will put hostility between you and the woman,
and between your offspring and her offspring.
He will bruise your head,
and you will bruise his heel.”
16 To the woman he said,
“I will greatly multiply your pain in childbirth.
You will bear children in pain.
Your desire will be for your husband,
and he will rule over you.”
17 To Adam he said,
“Because you have listened to your wife’s voice,
and have eaten from the tree,
about which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it,’
the ground is cursed for your sake.
You will eat from it with much labor all the days of your life.
18 It will yield thorns and thistles to you;
and you will eat the herb of the field.
19 You will eat bread by the sweat of your face until you return to the ground,
for you were taken out of it.
For you are dust,
and you shall return to dust.”
20 The man called his wife Eve because she would be the mother of all the living.
21 Yahweh God made garments of animal skins for Adam and for his wife, and clothed them.
22 Yahweh God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand, and also take of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever?”
23 Therefore Yahweh God sent him out from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from which he was taken.
24 So he drove out the man; and he placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.
